First time setting up auto-pay?
To get started, you must request an invitation from Community Financials, our payment vendor.
- To request one, click here to send them an email, providing your name, unit address, and email address.
- You’ll then get an email back with all the necessary instructions to complete the registration process.
- If you’re already registered with Community Financials, you can access the homeowners’ portal with your existing login information.
